We are proud to present the new triangulation sensor VISIONSCANNER3 at the Automatica 2018 fair.

The series of sensors offers measuring ranges from 80 to 1200 mm and measuring frequences up to 1.000 Hz. At the same time it is capable of fulfilling its tasks through the integrated processor. There is no comparable product on the market in this combination!

Together with our software VISIONELEMENTS3, which is enhanced specifically to the new capabilities of VISIONSCANNER3 and has been extended with new features, new possibilities for different applications arise.

We would like to demonstrate some examples at the Automatica 2018 fair:

• Inspection of geometries or objects with 3D point cloud and depth profile. The movement of a robot or linear axis is used for point cloud creation.
• Real time robot guidance with a path application for local compensation of tolerances e.g. welding applications.
• Adhesive inspection in a dual sensor set up.
• And of course our proven 6D robot guidance system
